Sample Hub is a platform for finding and reusing samples held in veterinary tumor banks, while keeping clinical data confidential.
The site lets tumor banks and their individual samples be registered, making it easier for new researchers to get in touch with the people responsible for the samples. Samples sought for scientific studies can be easily narrowed down using the search filters.
This collaboration benefits veterinary oncology: studying samples that have already been collected lets university projects start right away and cuts the costs of new collections and processing.
