By using Sample Hub, you agree to these terms.
The service
Sample Hub is a directory that lets keepers list biological samples they hold and lets researchers find and contact them. We don't broker, ship, store, or take custody of any physical sample — all loans, exchanges, and agreements happen directly between keeper and researcher, outside the platform.
Your account
You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you publish and for keeping your account credentials secure. Don't share access to your account.
Acceptable use
Use the directory only for legitimate research or sample-keeping purposes. Don't publish false information, scrape the directory at scale, or use contact details you obtain here for unsolicited marketing.
Beta status
Sample Hub is in beta. Features may change, and we may occasionally need to reset data during this period — we'll do our best to give notice first.
No warranty
The service is provided "as is". We don't verify the accuracy of listings or the identity of keepers or researchers beyond a valid email sign-in — exercise the same diligence you would with any inter-institutional exchange.
